  • Senior Team Leads
  • Team Leads

Our leaders support their Store Managers in the effective and profitable operation of the thrift store. Leaders work alongside their teams, ensuring they have the tools, training and motivation to achieve productivity goals.

What Successful Applicants Will Have

  • 1 year supervisory experience
  • 2 years Retail experience preferred
  • Valid CA Driver's License and CA-Approved Insurance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • High School Diploma or GED
